Epoxy Design PRO LLC (“Epoxy Design PRO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on epoxydesignpro.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Quote details you submit: name, phone, email, zip code, garage size, floor condition, chosen finish, preferred install window, and any photos you attach.
• Visualizer email: the address you provide to receive your floor visualization.
• Usage & advertising data: pages viewed, approximate location, device data, and ad-click identifiers (UTM parameters, Meta click IDs) collected via cookies and the Meta Pixel.

Photos processed by the on-page visualizer are rendered in your browser and are not uploaded unless you attach one to a quote request.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your quote, and to contact you about it (see our SMS Policy for texting terms).
• To route your project to a certified installer crew covering your zip code.
• To measure and improve advertising (e.g., Meta Conversions), using hashed identifiers where applicable.

Sharing

We share lead details with the certified installer assigned to your project and with service providers that run our lead routing, scheduling, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners (Meta) receive event data as described above.

Retention & your choices

• Quote records are kept as long as needed to service your project and meet legal obligations.
• Email hello@epoxydesignpro.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP; opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link.
• Manage cookies in your browser settings; ad-blocking the Meta Pixel does not affect site function.
