Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of epoxyliving.com, operated by Zaza Materials LLC, dba Epoxy Living. By using the site you agree to them.

Who does what

• Epoxy Living is a trade name of Zaza Materials LLC. We run this site, help you choose a finish, publish the prices, prepare your quote and stay your point of contact until your floor is done.
• Tebriz LLC, our insured installation partner in Metro Atlanta, inspects the slab, signs the installation agreement with you, installs the floor and gives you the written warranty. Payments for the work are made to Tebriz LLC.

Quotes & pricing

• On-site price ranges are good-faith installed estimates for Metro Atlanta based on the details you provide.
• Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after photo or on-site review; unusual slab conditions (severe damage, moisture failure, elevation issues) may change scope, and we will tell you before any work begins.
• Quotes are not an offer to contract. Work begins only under a written installation agreement between you and Tebriz LLC. Epoxy Living is not a party to that agreement and does not perform installation work.

The visualizer

Floor visualizations are illustrative previews, not color-exact renderings. Actual finishes vary with lighting, slab condition, and hand-broadcast patterns (metallics are intentionally one-of-a-kind).

Warranty

Your floor is covered by a 5-year limited written warranty from Tebriz LLC, delivered with your installation agreement, together with the coating manufacturer’s material warranty. It covers peeling and delamination as described in that document and excludes damage from moisture or vapor pressure below the slab, structural slab movement, abuse, and chemical exposure left unaddressed. Epoxy Living does not issue a separate warranty on installation work. The full terms are on our warranty page.

Acceptable use & IP

• Site content, finish names, and imagery are the property of Zaza Materials LLC, dba Epoxy Living; don’t reuse them commercially without permission.
• Don’t submit unlawful content, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaza Materials LLC, dba Epoxy Living disclaims implied warranties regarding the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
